As a small business, we are unable to accommodate returns on used products at this time. All sales are final at this time.

Exchange policy: We currently offer a 30 day exchange policy on the Glass IPL Photofacial. If you receive your device and we can determine with you that it is faulty, we will help you to exchange the device for a new one. If you are experiencing difficulty operating your device, contact us at info@glowatelier.com and we will help you to resolve the issue.

Cancelling orders: An order can be cancelled if it has not yet been shipped. Once an order is shipped, the sale is final.
